Requests to cancel subscriptions can be made by clicking on "Request Subscription Cancellation" or by calling +1-855-958-4663. All cancellation policies are governed by Viome's terms of service.

 

Subscription Cancellation Policy


Annual subscription plans that combine a Full Body Intelligence, Health Intelligence, or Gut Intelligence test with monthly supplements (Cancellation Fee)

    • Precision Supplements & Probiotics + Prebiotics with Full Body Intelligence Test - Annual subscription plan (billed monthly) that includes one Full Body Intelligence test kit per year and monthly supplements (capsules) and probiotics + prebiotics (stick packs). If you choose to cancel within four paid orders from the start of your subscription or do not return your test kit within four months of purchase, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Precision Supplements with Full Body Intelligence Test - Annual subscription plan (billed monthly) that includes one Full Body Intelligence test kit per year and monthly supplements (capsules).     • Precision Probiotics + Prebiotics with Gut Intelligence Test - Annual subscription plan (billed monthly) that includes one Gut Intelligence test kit per year and monthly probiotics + prebiotics (stick packs). If you choose to cancel within four paid orders from the start of your subscription or do not return your test kit within four months of purchase, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.


    Monthly subscription plans where supplements are purchased separately from a test kit (typically after a test kit is purchased)

    • Precision Supplements & Probiotics + Prebiotics - A monthly subscription of supplements (capsules) and probiotics + prebiotics (stick packs) that are purchased without a test kit included have no cancellation fees.

    • Precision Probiotics + Prebiotics - A monthly subscription of probiotics + prebiotics (stick packs) that are purchased without a test kit included have no cancellation fees.
